Turned down by a bank? If you can afford the payment and have a decent downpayment, Titan will work with you. Private mortgages carry more flexibility on terms, and Titan is often able to help clients the banks cannot, including self-employed individuals, retirees, single parents and people climbing out of poor credit situations.

About Titan Mortgage Group
A family business, at the helm since 2005
Titan Mortgage Group was established in 2005, with Joseph Trombetta at the helm. Joseph's career in the industry began in 1988, and he has always combined a passion for business with an enthusiasm for the mortgage industry.
Titan is a true family affair. Joe and his wife Gina Colalillo run the brokerage together, and their three sons each take on roles in the business. Joe has since expanded into mortgage investments as well, but the King Street office remains home base.
Every broker and agent at Titan works to the standards set by the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP), and Joseph was one of the originating designees of CAAMP's AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional) designation.
To give clients access to creative and innovative mortgage solutions, Titan partnered with the Verico Network, one of the leading mortgage originators in Canada, chosen because it shares Titan's ideals of professionalism, excellence and ethical standards.
The book: Financial Wellness Factors
Gina and Joe wrote Financial Wellness Factors as a holistic guide to financial wellness, from controlling your money more effectively to building stability and security for the future.
They first began writing it in 2012, on a mission to teach their then much younger sons about finance and balancing life. When the pandemic and inflation put real strain on families, finishing and publishing the book became urgent: the factors had not changed in a decade, and the lessons could help far beyond their own family.
Proceeds from the sale of the book go to Keaton's House, the children's hospice in Hamilton.
